Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions listed below regard the use of WEBshop, an e-commerce platform created by WEB4U Interactive Agency, used to generate online store webpages for customers (users, Sellers).
1. Terms of use
- Anyone can become a user of the WEBshop service.
- All information given on the WEBshop pages, regarding User's product portfolio are in the public domain and visible to everyone visiting the pages.
2. Online store registration
Users can open their own online store using the WEBshop service by filling out a form and submitting details of:
- store name
- their own name and surname
- their full street address
- email address
- contact phone number
and additional data required in the registration form.
All users are required to submit genuine contact & address details. WEBshop administrators reserve the right to instantly delete accounts and shops opened using false details.
By registering with WEBshop, user agrees to have their personal data stored and used by WEBshop, in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Irish law.
Personal data are going to be used for communication between WEBshop administrators and service users and to improve quality of the WEBshop services.
Personal data of users purchasing products through the WEBshop service (name, surname, email address and contact phone number) are given to the Seller after order submission, for payment and shipping purposes. Name, surname and contact phone number are also given to the Seller for the purpose of order verification.
3. Pricing
WEBshop requires once-off payments for the following services:
- Online store activation and preparation for SEO: €699
- Webpage layout design: €400
- Logotype design: €200
- Integration of an online store (not hosted by WEBshop) with Toprice.ie: €200
4. User Agreement
To start using the WEBshop service, users are required to sign a contract and make a deposit payment.
5. Responsibilities
WEBshop is not responsible for Sellers' behaviour or their products/ services
WEBshop is not responsible for the quality, safety of use or legality of products Sellers have on offer. WEBshop can not guarantee that products/ services and their respective descriptions are genuine and, therefore can not accept responsibility for those.
WEBshop is not responsible for any technical difficulties (downtime, etc.) encountered while conducting transactions using WEBshop services.
WEBshop is not responsible for the registered subdomains' names.
WEBshop is not responsible for client's own web domain names that are redirected to WEBshop online stores. Clients have to redirect their own domains, using DNS addresses.
6. Product guarantee
WEBshop does not issue any kind of guarantee on products bought using the service.
7. WEBshop duties
- Products/ services offered on WEBshop pages are offered by WEBshop users, not WEBshop.
- WEBshop is not a party in transactions conducted on WEBshop pages. It is a provider of tools and solutions for those transactions.
- WEBshop reserves the right to remove products/ services offered by users if they are in contradiction with WEBshop Terms and Conditions or are deemed against the law.
8. Seller's duties
Conditions governing the sale of products through the WEBshop service must be given by the Seller. Sellers assume all responsibility of notifying the users of any additional terms and conditions of sale.
9.Legality
By making products/ service available for users, Seller confirms he is entitled to sell those products/ services to anyone who is interested. Selling products/ services that do not belong to the Seller is not permitted.
If the Seller attempts to make third-party products/ services available, WEBshop may suspend the Seller's account and subsequently remove it from the site
.
10. Product descriptions
Sellers must submit detailed and adequate descriptions for all products/ services offered on WEBshop pages. Manufacturer's name, product model and other information regarding the origin of the product and its manufacturer must be genuine and understandable for WEBshop users.
Products must be categorised. Sellers are responsible for choosing the appropriate categories.
There are no limits on the number of products/ services offered by the Seller.
11. Newsletter
Users registering with WEBshop, opening a WEBshop online store or adding their store to Toprice.ie agree to receive a regular WEBshop newsletter.
12. Changes to WEBshop Terms & Conditions
WEBshop reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions at any time.
